Waz's Sauce

We finally got chance to try these sauces when we were down in Southampton for this years SizzleFest and WOW, we loved them! Waz's sauce was established 2022 by Warren and his family, from his passion for food and BBQing. 

We're stocking these 4 different flavours:

Carpe Diem Coffee Sauce- perfect for steak nights and beyond, it boasts a well-balanced flavour profile that complements various meats

The Ambassador- A nod to Waz's South African wife, it is inspired by flavours of various fruits – peaches, apricots & raisins – and the sharpness of apple cider vinegar and lemons. All combined with an array of amazing spices and sweetness. 

Hawaiian Tropics- Great Taste one star winner 2022, luscious little Hibiscus number, with its sweet floral fruity flavours and peppery hints, leaves your tastebuds with a tangy zest for more

Tropical Flame- Feel the heat of the Habanero & Jalapêno chilies followed by the sweet tropical flavour of pineapple to balance out the heat along with the silky coconut and crisp red bell pepper
